1. Eligibility

a. Returns are accepted only for merchandise classified as EdTech, STEM, or STEAM robot kits and products manufactured by ROBOTIS.

b. Personal robots, service robots, MedTech robots, and any other types of robots offered by Helping Hand Robotics, including current and future product offerings, are not eligible for return. All sales of these items are final.

2. Return Period

a. Eligible EdTech merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

b. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.

3. Return Process

a. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@helpinghandrobotics.com within the applicable return period.

b. Please provide your order information along with a detailed explanation of the reason for the return. Our customer support team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions.

4. Refunds

a. Once the returned eligible EdTech merchandise has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.

b. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

c. Refund amounts may be reduced by applicable shipping charges and any restocking fees, where permitted.

5. Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal robots

  • Service robots

  • MedTech robots

  • Any other robots offered by Helping Hand Robotics, including future product offerings

  • Any items not classified as eligible EdTech merchandise

6. Damaged or Defective Items

a. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately.

b. We will arrange for a replacement or another appropriate resolution in accordance with this Return Policy for eligible EdTech merchandise.

c. Service robots are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties. Helping Hand Robotics and our manufacturing partners provide support through online chat, remote support, and, where applicable, on-site service in accordance with the terms of your purchase agreement.

7. Changes to This Return Policy

a. Helping Hand Robotics reserves the right to modify or update this Return Policy at any time without prior notice.

b. Any changes become effective immediately upon posting and apply to purchases made after the updated policy becomes effective.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

a. This Return Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.

b. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Return Policy shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pulaski County, Arkansas.
